The Downtown City Center will hold the main buildings for the municipality, with an emphasis on reducing the carbon footprint by offering public transportation as a priority for citizens to use within city center and have the Shell-ters, water reclamation systems and organic furniture for all to use. The focus of the downtown is to be a hub and a concentration of multi-purposed facilities both indoor and outdoor to use. A focus to observe in the landscape of the city, is that this features from all other zones within the municipality and serves as a cultural center for the public to want to explore. They a lot of tools and amenities that the city holds, along with a handful of jobs within retail, public education and more areas of expertise is offered.
